The Mini Care Organizer is the free Mieuxora Care resource: a 7-page printable that gathers the essentials — important contacts, care team, next-appointment preparation, a medication list copied from the pharmacy, dated notes and an emergency page.
Every page is filled in by hand, at home. Mieuxora collects none of this information. Available in French and English, in US Letter and A4 formats, with a large-print variant.
